Mestarx is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Information contained in the MSB registration is provided directly by the registrant. FinCEN does not recommend, approve, or endorse any business that registers as an MSB, and does not verify the accuracy of the information submitted. 2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must not be a resident of a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before trading or withdrawing funds.
• You represent that you are acting on your own behalf and not for a prohibited purpose.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, API keys and devices. Notify us immediately at support@mestarx.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that fail verification or violate these Terms.

4. Trading and services

• MestarX provides a platform to buy, sell and hold supported digital assets.
• Orders are executed subject to available liquidity, market conditions and system status.
• Displayed prices may change rapidly; the final execution price can differ from a quote.
• We may list, delist or suspend markets without prior notice where necessary for risk or compliance.

5. Fees

Trading, deposit and withdrawal fees are published on the platform and may change. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a transaction where practicable. Network (blockchain) fees are outside our control and may vary.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

Crypto transfers are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Always verify the asset, network and address. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses, unsupported networks or third-party wallet errors. Fiat rails, where available, are subject to banking partner rules and settlement times.

7. Risks

Digital asset trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Prices can be highly volatile. You may lose some or all of the value of your assets. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use MestarX to:

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
• Commit fraud, market manipulation, wash trading or spoofing.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload our systems.
• Allow others to access your account without authorisation.

9. Intellectual property

All branding, software, content and design on MestarX are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission, except for personal non-commercial use of publicly available pages.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access if we suspect breach of these Terms, legal risk, or security issues. You may close your account after settling open positions and completing any required checks. Remaining balances will be returned subject to compliance review.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MestarX and its officers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or digital assets arising from market movement, network failures, third-party services or your misuse of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MestarX against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your trading activity or your violation of law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the applicable state in which the Company is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent state or federal courts in that state, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or notified by email where appropriate.
